Our brew team experts, Jordan Ziegler and Sam Tierney, will walk attendees through some of the many faces Parabola can take on through the process of aging. Tickets include 7 total tastes including 4 Parabola vintages, and 3 blind tasting offerings.
Does all that Parabola make you hungry? Members and their guests can choose to add on an expertly created dinner plate to enjoy after the tasting seminar created by Executive Chef Bryan Aceves. The entree includes Parabola Braised Boneless Short Ribs with a Parabola Reduction, Crispy Chipotle Polenta Cakes, and Sauteed Green Beans. Pre-purchasing your entree guarantees you a plate, and will get you 25% discount (plates may be available for purchase day-of, with 15% discount).
