Join The Lion, David Walker, and Barrel Program Manager Eric Ponce for an intimate pairing dinner in the Cathedral of Barrels at Barrelworks in Buellton, CA. Together, we'll journey through the stories behind and the tasting of each of these collection beers, each being paired with a course from Pair With, curated by Chef Rachel Ponce. With these beers being inspired by The Lion himself, we couldn't help but to get you in the grand barrel room where it all began. This dinner will be one for the books!

This five-course pairing dinner will take place within the Barrelworks Barrelroom and in ambient temperatures, so please bring layers. Your hosts, David Walker and Eric Ponce will walk through each beer, and you'll experience an expertly paired course with each one created by Rachel Ponce.

We will have a private shopping hour available before the event, beginning at 5PM that will allow you to purchase Brewmaster's Collective beers, merchandise, and more. Hotel Blocks are discounted at the Hampton Inn and Marriott, just a quick stroll down the road from Barrelworks. If you can make this a weekend trip, we highly recommend doing some exploring and wine tasting in the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley! We'd be happy to provide suggestions to any interested.
